The Pakistan Green Party was founded in 2002 and it is currently being led by Liaquat Ali Sheikh.
Ali Shaikh was arrested on September 19th 2012 while he was helping distribute relief materials for flood-affected people in Jacobabad City, Pakistan. Green leaders around the world rallied together to voice their opinion and asking for his release.
