The election manifesto of VESNA for the period 2026–2030 brings a clear vision of Slovenia as the greenest country in the world. The manifesto is based on four pillars – Sun, Water, Air and Freedom – and offers a feasible plan for a fair and competitive economy, affordable housing, energy security, a healthy environment and a connected community. It is a document that connects environmental responsibility with economic ambition, knowledge with solidarity and sustainability with prosperity. With this manifesto, VESNA consolidates its role as a green development force that offers an alternative to political stagnation and a clear path to the future.

Co-chairman of Vesna – Green Party Uroš Macerl: “Politics must act responsibly towards people, towards the planet and must be able to look itself in the mirror! This is Vesna today and this remains our promise for the future!”

Vesna – Green Party does not believe in one-face politics and does not accept the notion that an older man is the only embodiment of leadership. It puts community, interconnectedness and trust in the future at the forefront.

Ahead of us is an important moment that requires responsibility, courage and knowledge to shape a policy focused on people and future generations. A key part of this is a decisive transition to green policies. The 2026 election program is based on sustainability, renewable energy sources and environmental protection as central directions.
